Joseph Pfeifer

Joe acts as Managing Partner for Larkspur Minerals. He grew up working at his family owned grocery store in Crescent, OK. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, he started a career as a Landman in 2007, having worked in Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and Texas. Joe takes pride in being a “jack of all trades” landman with experience as a contractor, in-house, and as an owner of his own brokerage. As a seasoned veteran, he is happy to give advice on anything from settling surface damages to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission pooling process. When he is away from the oil patch, Joe enjoys OU football, his Australian Shepherd (Hank), and trips to the mountains.

Tyler Clinton

Tyler acts as Managing Partner for Larkspur Minerals. A third generation Oklahoma oilman born in Stillwater, OK, he spent his youth in Pond Creek, OK working wheat harvest. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he combined his love for the oil & gas industry with his passion for the farmers and ranchers that manage the bountiful lands of Oklahoma to begin his career as a Landman. Tyler combines his experience acquiring minerals throughout the United States and his passion for people to ensure a successful outcome for mineral owners. In his free time, Tyler enjoys OSU sports and spending time in the wilderness with his wife and two sons.
